Portrait & Figure Paintings - 2025

This collection of portrait and figure paintings captures quiet, honest moments shaped by light, shifting atmosphere and environment. Each work is painted in oil on hand-stretched canvas, exploring how a person's surroundings shape their story and holding that pause still so you can feel at ease in it. All paintings are original, one-of-a-kind works by Sydney artist Edward Jack Humphrey.
