Botany Bay

Edward woke up at 5am and set off for the Southern Highlands. On the drive he saw the most beautiful sunrise over Botany Bay. He stopped and walked down to the beach, where a line of rocks stood in the water. It was one of those moments you don’t expect, and driving past would have meant missing it. This painting is about taking time to appreciate the day you wake up to.
